1. Developing of healthcare risk policies and procedures (medication safety, patient falls etc.) Management and investigation of adverse and near miss events
2. Developing/ or strengthening of Patient record audit system
3. Training of personnel on risk management policies and procedures
4. Training of personnel on reporting of adverse and near miss events
5. Training of personnel on Patient and medication safety principles
